How we safeguard your account and information

Identity Verification

We verify your name, phone and email when you sign up. This prevents duplicate accounts and fraud. Withdrawals require additional confirmation via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe OTP to confirm you own the payment account.

Encryption & Storage

Your payment details are encrypted end-to-end and stored on secure servers. We never store your full card number or banking credentials. Only transaction IDs and payment method names are logged for your records.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language preference, and prevent fraud. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we retain transaction records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance, then delete personal details.

Frequently asked questions about our legal policies

We collect your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth for identity verification. When you make your first deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also record the payment method details and transaction ID. This allows us to process withdrawals and comply with anti-fraud requirements.

Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our payments team before it leaves our account. We verify the destination UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account matches the account holder name on file. You receive a confirmation email and SMS before the transfer completes, and funds arrive within the stated timeframe.

Yes. Open your account settings, scroll to 'Data & Privacy', and click 'Request Data Export'. We compile your personal details, deposit history, and withdrawal records into a single file and email it to you within 3 business days. The file is encrypted for security.

When you close your account, your remaining balance is paid out to your registered payment method. Your personal data is anonymised but transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and legal obligations. After 7 years, all data is permanently deleted.

We verify your phone number and email during signup. If you try to create a second account with the same phone or email, we block it. During withdrawals, we require OTP confirmation via your registered UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account to ensure you own the payment method.

We do not store full card numbers or banking passwords. Your UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We keep only your payment method name and transaction IDs in your account history for record-keeping.

Contact our support team immediately via email or chat and include 'Account Security' in your message. We will freeze your account, cancel any pending transactions, and guide you through account recovery. Change your password and enable two-factor authentication as an added layer of protection.
